Bellevue Avenue was once home to some of the nation's weathiest families. They lived in grand mansions and threw lavish parties. Bellevue Avenue is still an opulent address today, and features top historic sites, shops and restaurants.

Our Bellevue Tour starts at the historic Hotel Viking, which has served as the temporary home to queens, presidents, and celebrities through the decades. You'll tour the kitchen and meet the celebrated chef. From there we'll continue to the city's top gourmet shops, where you'll be treated to wine and cheese, visit a restaurant that used to be a casino, taste the former mayor's famous "gravy," and end with a lesson from an artisan chocolatier.

The Broadway Tour

Broadway, once the main thoroughfare in the city of Newport, has ushered kings, presidents and pirates into the City by the Sea. In Colonial Days it was known for its rowdy bars and public houses. Nowadays, Broadway is also known as Restaurant Row, and those in the know--locals, chefs, and savvy tourists call on these eclectic restaurants and pubs nightly.

The Broadway Tour starts at the historic White Horse Tavern, and we'll take you inside to meet one of the country's most talented chefs who presides over a tavern where George Washington and Thomas Jefferson dinedYou'll meet meet innovative chefs who are favorites of other chefs in the city, taste a specially made libation, and end at a terrific seafood restaurant.
